Found an "unofficial" Intel build of Darwine. The error is the same (I should have pasted this text before):

fixme:winspool:WINSPOOL_EnumPrinters We don't handle PRINTER_ENUM_CONNECTIONS
fixme:font:WineEngRemoveFontResourceEx :stub
fixme:font:WineEngRemoveFontResourceEx :stub

Given that printing with Wine works in Ubuntu, something is missing or being handled differently in OS X.
