Installing "The big box of art" from Hemera failed

I installed now the programm on another machine with Windows 98 System. The
crash of wine is, because the install programm force a restart of the PC.
The installation starts after the restart. So I copied the installed
programm and the dlls from the windows 98 machine to wine. Now the programm
starts, but does not really work. It miss the registry entries. Is there a
possibility to copy only the relevant entries and merge with the registry
of wine? (because there are many entries from the programm). Is there
another workaround for the restart from the install programm?
