Hmm, level -1 is in hex 0xffffffff. That is invalid, BUT:
#define WS_SOL_SOCKET 0xffff
Which would a lot of sense. Perhaps by some 16->32 bits conversion bug in
your program you get this value.
If you compile from source, see if this patch fixes it:
