What about notepad.exe or wordpad.exe? They both have "insert date/time"
functions.
Did you try setting TZ="Europe/Berlin"? I doubt that setting TZ to
"CET-1CEST" or even "CET" is the right thing for glibc 2.1.x or glibc
2.2. Did you compile your Wine yourself or was it a pre-built binary?
Windows alone has the correct time?
The self-compiled Wine-20010418 here (SuSE 6.1 formerly, but with
glibc-2.1.3) gives the correct time with TZ="Europe/Berlin" and local
time in the hardware clock.
