winedbg: fix lcall instruction opcode

Hi,
this patch fixes a typo (lcall is 0x9a, not 0x9c) in
be_i386_is_func_call. This patch does NOT implement the missing
functionality referred to in the FIXME, this merely gets rid of an
annoying warning when a debugged program traces over a PUSHF (with
opcode 0x9c).
