shell32/tests: Remove "initguid.h" include from shellpath test

I'm using the mingw32 package from Debian sarge to build the crosstests
(mingw32-runtime 3.7). It's libuuid.a doesn't include some CLSIDs, which we
use in shell32's unit tests. There seems to be a hot-fix in
tests/shellpath.c, which includes "initguid.h" to define those CLSIDs, which
gives me a lot of "previously defined" error messages.
Changelog:
Remove a "initguid.h" include and locally define some CLSIDs instead
