potential bug in winecfg

Ok, I have now had it freeze without audio group permissions.  I also
know how to recreate the freeze.  Start winecfg, go to audio tab, make
a change (I unselect OSS and reselect), hit apply, then OK, then
immediately start winecfg again.  It then freezes.
